Business Architect

Currently we are looking for an ambitious and proactive person to support the Retail Banking Division of the Bank as a Business Architect in Head office in Sofia.

Основни задължения:

Architects, develops and re-designs core processes and functionalities in Retail banking;
Responsible for projects with Retail Banking and requirements prioritization, alignment, solving interdependencies. Leads the communication with IT and relevant vendors;
Identifies and leads problem resolution for project complex requirements related issues at all levels;
Participates in the preparation and validation of business requirements, requests, project planning.Provides advice and elaborates on business ideas with the initiating units;
Facilitates day-to-day business aspects within the projects, small tasks & operational issue;
Performs analysis of business requirements from an end to end (E2E) perspective and follows-up on the implementation.

Изисквания за заемане на длъжността:

Experience on similar position in the banking field;
High level of expertise in retail banking and project management;
Anticipate emerging business trends as a basis for leading large scale product, technical, functional and operations improvement.
