Campaign manager
Head office
General duties:
- Preparation, implementation, organization and control of direct marketing campaigns;
- Experience in the banking industry is mandatory;
- Processing databases for the purposes of direct marketing and cross sales;
- Data analysis and segmentation of various target groups;
- Preparation of specialized reports and analysis;
- Project management (Preparation of business requirements, tests and trainings).
Requirements:
- University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s);
- Advanced level of English language, both written and spoken;
- Experience with data mining (SQL; MS SQL; PL/SQL Developer) is an advantage
- Experience with statistical analysis (SPSS; SAS) is an advantage;
- Very good analytical and communication skills and the ability to work in a team;
- Quick decision making, the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment and good prioritization skills are an advantage.
