Dear Customers,
We would like to inform you that as of 15.05.2025 are in force changes in the General Terms and Conditions of DSK Bank AD for loan agreements and agreements for issuing bank guarantees to customers from the Small Business segment.
From the specified date:
1. The procedure for charging and collecting management fee is amended, and the same is due upon signing the loan agreement (art. 7, para. 3);
2. A new Art. 8A (1) is introduced, which regulates possible unilateral actions by the bank when conducting an annual comprehensive review of the financial and economic situation of a borrower under a revolving loan agreement (credit line or overdraft);
3. The procedure for action in the event of partial early repayment is amended (Art. 11);
4. New requirements are introduced for the utilization, repayment and allocation of commercial turnover in the case of revolving loans (Art. 12);
5. A new section is added - VI A. OBLIGATIONS IN CONNECTION WITH FINANCIAL/ECONOMIC SANCTIONS IMPOSED and two new articles are added, which regulate the rights of the Bank's rights in this regard (Art. 22A and 22B);
6. A new procedure is introduced for registering a special pledge in cases of acquisition of an asset with the loan (Art. 17, para. 3, item 3).

Based on Art. 59, Para. 2 of the General Terms and Conditions of DSK Bank AD to loan agreements and agreements for issuing bank guarantees to customers from the Small Business segment, in relation to contracts concluded until the above-described changes, the General Terms and Conditions are in force from 15.07.2025, and until the specified date the text of the General Terms and Conditions announced on 03.01.2023 shall apply. DSK Bank considers that the customer has accepted the changes if he has not notified the bank in writing to the contrary before 15.07.2025.
