Head Office Sofia - Contact Center Development and Analysis/CC Applications enhancement team 

General duties
  • Optimize customer journeys across web, mobile, and chatbot platforms
  • Keep content fresh, relevant, and easy to navigate
  • Analyze user behavior and feedback to continuously improve the experience
  • Collaborate with UX, IT, and business teams to launch new features


Requirements
