Change management expert
Head Office Sofia
General duties:
- Provide overall change, transition and transformation support to the New Horizon transformations.
- Align the NH change management plans with the Culture principles and initiatives of DSK.
- Responsible for conducting change management-related surveys (planned and ad-hock) and applying the gathered insights in the change management plans.
- Responsible for supporting the mCEOs (B-1 Managers) with preparing the Change story for each transformation initiative and its effective delivery to all interested parties.
- Arrange all NH Townhalls, incl. content preparation and alignment of key Stakeholders; provides the moderation of the townhalls as needed.
- Coordinate with the PR & Comms team internal communication related to the ongoing transformations and the implementation progress/results of already completed NH Designs.
- Responsible for maintaining the transformation related intranet page with structured and up-to-date content.
- Responsible for preparing the transition plans (human and process related) as part of the NH Doctrines for the ongoing transformations.
- Support the mCEOs (B-1 Managers) with achieving smooth transition of the new organization, ways of working and key collaboration as a follow-up to closing the NH Design phase.
- Support the preparation of the EBR events as needed.
Requirements:
- Degree in a relevant field;
- Experience in change management, consulting, process design is a must (2-3 years ideally);
- Curiosity and motivation to develop in the banking industry;
- Ability to structure and resolve complex problems;
- Proactive, impact-driven personality type;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong capability to moderate events of various formats by guiding discussions, managing time, facilitating audience interaction, and maintaining an inclusive and productive environment.
- Technical skills – professional business English and ability to work with MS Office tools;
