Junior ICS (Internal Control System) Expert Sofia - maternity cover

Head office

General duties:

  • Support the design, documentation, and maintenance of the Internal Control System (ICS) framework in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist process owners in documenting processes and internal controls, identifying gaps, and proposing improvement actions.
  • Support collaboration with B-1 and B-2 management teams to help align second line of defense requirements with first line of defense controls.
  • Assist in monitoring key control indicators (KCIs/KPIs) and support automated control monitoring activities.
  • Perform administrative and operational support for the ICS tool (PowerApp), including data updates and basic troubleshooting.
  • Track ICS assessments, action plans, and follow-up on remediation activities.
  • Contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations for management.
  • Support awareness activities and trainings related to ICS policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 0–2 years of experience in risk management, internal control, audit, or a related area (experience in banking or financial services is an advantage).
