Youth Market Manager, Sofia
Head Office
General duties:
- Identifying, establishing contact and effective communication with new partners of the Bank – including schools, universities and organizations working with youth;
- Participation in travel, meetings and negotiations to build relationships and cooperation;
- Maintaining communication with the partner network – schools and universities;
- Organization and participation in marketing initiatives, promotions, PR events, trade exhibitions and other activities aimed at developing partnerships in the region;
- Providing support to points of sale and meeting business goals in terms of expanding the customer base;
- Submitting proposals and participating in commercial initiatives aimed at strengthening the engagement and development of existing partners;
- Preparation and updating of offers, contracts and presentation materials for the needs of the branch and partner network;
- Organization and, if necessary, participation in trainings of employees from the branch network in connection with activities, goals and campaigns in the youth segment;
- Cooperation with the Bank's commercial units and support of joint activities with regional partners;
- Preparation of analyses and reports related to the effectiveness of the established relations.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present reasoned proposals;
- Achieving results through active meeting and communication with customers and partners;
- Experience in organizing business meetings and building partnerships, flexibility and good results in creating new contacts;
- Good computer literacy (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook);
- Responsibility and ability to work in a dynamic environment;
- Teamwork and skills for effective organization and planning of tasks;
- Creativity and analytical thinking are desirable qualities;
- Excellent command of the literary Bulgarian language and a good level of English;
- Economic education, experience in direct sales, partner network development and working with young customers are an advantage.
