About the Role

We are looking for a Product Owner to lead the Back‑Office product development team for the DSK Business e‑banking platform.

In this strategic role, you will own the vision, roadmap, and delivery of back‑office capabilities that empower internal users, ensure efficient operations, and support seamless customer servicing.

General duties
  • Own and shape the product vision and roadmap for back‑office modules supporting DSK Business.
  • Prioritize the product backlog and manage delivery based on business goals, operational needs, and customer impact.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, operational teams, compliance, and IT to design workflows and optimize internal processes.
  • Work with development teams to ensure clear specifications, alignment on scope, and high‑quality delivery.
  • Define KPIs, monitor performance, and continuously enhance back‑office efficiency and usability.
  • Ensure back‑office functionality adequately supports customer‑facing features, regulatory requirements, and operational standards.
  • Lead discovery sessions, create user stories, and maintain product documentation.
  • Support change management, release planning, and training preparation when new capabilities are introduced.


Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in digital banking, fintech, or enterprise systems development.
  • Proven ability to manage complex product backlogs and deliver high‑impact features in an Agile environment.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision‑making capabilities.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
  • Experience working with cross‑functional technical teams.
  • Strong understanding of banking operational processes, back‑office workflows, and internal support systems is a plus.
