• Осъществява непрекъснато наблюдение и контрол на възложените му за мониторинг информационни системи и приложения на сменен режим.
• Извършва дейности по навременно идентифициране, регистриране и ескалиране на възникнали инциденти и съдейства за тяхното решаване.
• Извършва ежедневни и периодични процедури, свързани с обработка на банкова информация.
