General duties

Continuous Improvement & Performance Excellence

  • Lead and support Lean Six Sigma initiatives across core and support banking processes.
  • Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and root causes using data-driven analysis.
  • Facilitate problem-solving workshops (DMAIC, Kaizen, root cause analysis, value stream mapping).
  • Drive improvements in efficiency, quality, cost, customer experience, and turnaround time.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure process performance and benefits realization.

Process Optimization & Transformation Support

  • Collaborate with process owners to redesign and optimize end-to-end processes.
  • Ensure Lean Six Sigma initiatives are aligned with the bank’s strategic transformation goals.
  • Support automation and digitization initiatives by simplifying and standardizing processes.
  • Provide expert input during transformation projects, organizational changes, and system implementations.

Capability Building & Change Enablement

  • Coach and mentor teams on Lean Six Sigma principles, tools, and best practices.
  • Support certification journeys (Yellow / Green Belt) through training and hands-on guidance.
  • Promote a continuous improvement mindset and embed sustainable ways of working.
  • Support governance and standardization of improvement methodologies and tools.


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Lean Six Sigma Consultant or Continuous Improvement Specialist.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is a plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience working with data, KPIs, and performance metrics.
  • Experience in process improvement within financial services or a complex organization is an advantage.
  • Excellent facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence change and drive improvements across multiple business areas.
