Brief Overview of the Role

  • Your main responsibilities will be to review, design, and implement rewards and performance management processes and standards for all employees across the bank. You will also help define the organizational design, job framework, strategic workforce planning and performance management systems, collaborating with all business units to ensure alignment with strategic goals and operational effectiveness.


Key Areas of Expertise

  • Strategic Workforce Planning: Partner with senior management and all business units to set a strategic workforce planning and budgeting strategy in accordance with their business objectives and performance standards.
  • Compensation Framework Management: Develop and maintain job frameworks, conduct regular reviews of remuneration practices and salary benchmarking, and ensure competitive and fair compensation structures across the organization.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Support the implementation of compensation strategies, including annual salary increase and bonus processes, approval of recruitment requests, compensation recommendations for new hires and support in offer negotiations.
  • Budget Management: Lead the personnel expenses budgeting process, providing insights and projections related to compensation and benefits costs.
  • Stakeholder Management: Influence business decisions by synthesizing insights from complex data and presenting clear, actionable recommendations to senior management and C-level leaders.
  • People Analytics: Apply data analytics to monitor and evaluate employee performance, identify trends, and support data-informed decision-making to drive organizational improvement.


Изисквания за заемане на длъжността
  • Professional experience in a consulting firm or banking institution, or direct involvement in complex organizational transformations.
  • Curiosity and strong motivation to grow within the banking industry.
  • Proven ability to align performance management and rewards strategies with organizational objectives and financial targets.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt to evolving business needs.
  • proactive, impact-driven mindset with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders and drive change.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools (experience with analytics and data visualization tools is an advantage).
