Slaveyko Slaveykov

Slaveyko Slaveykov has had an experience in the bank sphere for more than 17 years, in 12 of which he occupies the position Chief Financial Officer, at the beginning in Societe Generale Expressbank and later on, during the recent 3 years he helds the same position in DSK Bank. In 2016 he has been awarded with the distinction “CFO of the year”, in the category “Control and accountability” at the competition organized by Earnst & Young.

In his capacity as CFO in DSK Bank he has an outstanding contribution for the successful integration of the financial processes during the acquisition of Societe Generale Expressbank by DSK Bank. Mr. Slaveykov has restructured and developed the teams that are under his direct management, bringing them together in the Strategy, Finance and Data management Division. He has implemented new business processes by the optimization and automation of the existing ones. In 2020 he introduces and successfully manages the work of the new structures engaged with the effective data management and modeling, with a purpose of establishing a better market segmentation and especially the improvement of the customer experience.

Except the standard responsibilities corresponding to the position of the Chief Financial Officer, for the last few years Slaveyko Slaveykov has been responsible for Procurement Directorate, Logistics Directorate, Central Back Office and the Data Management Center Directorate.

In 2021 and 2022 he has actively participated in the strategic processes for digital transformation of DSK Bank. Currently Slaveyko Slaveykov is strongly engaged with the implementation of an innovative and flexible banking management model, by means of which DSK Bank targets a goal of achieving the best customer experience by offering modern personalized solutions for each client of the Bank.
