General duties

• Participates in internal audit engagements at the Bank’s Head Office and subsidiaries in accordance with the Internal Audit Department’s methodology and internal regulations
• Assists in the preparation and execution of audit programs under the guidance of senior auditors and audit managers
• Reviews documents, processes, transactions, and controls to support audit fieldwork and testing activities
• Collects, analyzes, and documents audit evidence with due professional care and in line with internal audit standards
• Supports the identification of audit findings, risks, and control weaknesses and contributes to drafting audit observations
• Participates in meetings and interviews with auditees and maintains professional communication during audit engagements
• Assists in the preparation of audit reports and other internal audit documentation
• Supports follow-up activities related to audit recommendations and remediation actions
• Participates in internal audit research, data analysis, and other department initiatives
• Continuously develops knowledge of banking operations, internal controls, risk management, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Law, Business Administration
• Up to 2 years of experience in internal audit, external audit, compliance, risk, finance, or another relevant area would be considered an advantage
• Previous experience in a financial institution would be considered an advantage
• Very good oral and written English skills (C1 level)
• Interest in internal audit, risk management, governance, and banking processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and writing skills
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to develop professionally
