General duties
  • Preparation of documents for appointment, change and termination of employment relationships, registration of employment contracts and changes to them in the National Revenue Agency;
  • Accrual and calculation of wages and benefits, as well as related social security contributions and taxes at the expense of the employee and the employer
  • Processing and administration of all types of absences and preparation of accompanying documentation for the National Social Security Institute
  • Preparation of reports and certificates upon request
  • Preparation and declaration of statistical data to the National Statistical Institute
  • Processing of schedules for summarized calculation of working hours.


Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in the field of personnel administration and calculation of wages;
  • Education related to human capital management will be considered an advantage;
  • Knowledge of the Labor Code and the Social Security Code
  • Fluency in English is a serious advantage
  • Excellent computer literacy - MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
  • Excellent communication skills.
