QA Specialist – Corporate CRM
The QA Specialist – Corporate CRM is responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and smooth operation of the bank’s corporate CRM platform, built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 within the Microsoft ecosystem. The role supports the delivery of a seamless pricing and offering workflow for corporate clients by validating system changes, identifying issues, and contributing to continuous improvement of the platform.

You will work closely with the Corporate CRM team, business stakeholders, and external development partners to ensure that new releases are properly tested and aligned with business requirements. This role plays a key part in enabling the integration of the CRM system with existing internal systems, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow for frontline teams.

The position requires a proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to develop into a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the CRM system, actively contributing to issue resolution and future enhancements.

General duties
* Perform smoke testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for monthly system releases delivered by external vendors

* Validate new functionalities and system changes against business requirements and expected workflows

* Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution

* Collaborate with business users to ensure the CRM system supports frontline needs and operational efficiency

* Support the integration of the CRM platform with internal banking systems to enable seamless processes

* Assist in analyzing issues, proposing solutions, and supporting implementation of fixes and improvements

* Maintain clear documentation of test cases, test results, and identified issues

* Continuously build knowledge of the CRM system to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME)

* Contribute to improving testing processes, standards, and overall system quality

Requirements
* 1–2 years of experience in QA, testing, or similar role

* Basic understanding of software testing concepts such as manual testing, test cases, and defect tracking
* Excellent command of English language

* Strong willingness to learn and develop deep expertise in the CRM system and business processes

* Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

* Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and business stakeholders

* Good organizational and communication skills

* Basic understanding of business workflows and systems is an advantage

Good to have

* Basic knowledge of SQL

* Familiarity with JavaScript, Jira

* Exposure to Microsoft tools such as PowerApps, Power Automate, or Dynamics 365
