General duties
  • Data Analysis and Reporting Automation: Develop dynamic dashboards, detailed reports and data visualization tools that empower stakeholders to monitor key people processes, track KPIs and identify trends. Automate HR reporting and data analytics processes.
  • Advanced Analytics & Modelling: Apply advanced statistical analysis, predictive modelling, and data visualization techniques to enhance workforce planning, talent management and employee engagement strategies. This includes models such as attrition predictors, workforce demand forecasts and employee segmentation analyses.
  • Strategic Advisory & Insights: Drive the people analytics function to provide actionable insights to support business leaders. Utilize data to inform strategic decisions related to talent acquisition, retention, succession planning, training and development and change management.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business leaders, HR, and IT subject matter experts to understand needs and design custom analytics solutions. Synthesize complex qualitative and quantitative data to influence decisions at all levels, incl. C-level executives.
  • Data Management and Integration: Ensure clean data and streamline data workflows. Integrate data from multiple internal and external sources to provide a comprehensive view of people and performance processes.
  • Continuous Improvement & Process Optimization: Monitor the performance of business intelligence and people analytics systems and processes. Streamline manual processes and support scalable automation initiatives across HR and analytics functions.


Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: Proficient in business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent) and programming languages (e.g. SQL, Python, R, or equivalent). Hands-on experience with Low Code / No Code (LCNC) platforms, particularly Power Apps, is an advantage.
  • Strategic and Analytical Skills: Strong strategic and analytical mindset and a good sense for business with the ability to analyze trends and deliver actionable insights.
  • HR Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR processes and exposure to people- and performance management-related data sources, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Adaptability: Ability to deliver in high-pressure and fast-paced environments and adapt to evolving business needs and priorities.
  • Leadership: Proactive, impact-driven personality type with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive organizational changes.
  • Self-motivation: Passion for continuous improvement and motivation to grow within the banking industry.
