Customer journey and process design expert

Your responsibilities include:

• Data preparation for conducting an NPS survey
• Conceptualization, Testing and implementation of best in class digital customer journeys
• Cross-department communication and coordination related to the customer experience process
• Identifying customer needs and  taking proactive steps to maintain positive experience
• Analyzing customer feedback on product ranges and new releases, as well as preparing reports
• Performing product tests, evaluating after- sales and support services, and facilitating improvements
• Keeping informed of industry trends

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a client-centered approach
• Great organizational and time management abilities
• Superb communication, collaboration, and problem- solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• A bachelor degree in marketing, communications, or related field will be plus
