Ensure financial consultancy: represent controlling mindset and support management in sustainable economic acting.
Prepare and maintain a variety of interesting reports and analysis for overall company performance, impact, profitability reports and activities.
Challenge assumptions and demonstrate sharp thinking to ensure data quality.
Provide financial insight of underlying revenue drivers: analyze business processes, identify and recommend areas of improvements to operational management.
Take ownership of month-end closing, keeping data accurate and on track.
Collaborate with Stakeholders: work closely with business and different teams to deliver financial consultancy and establish consistent collaboration.
Build and maintain financial plans: draw up Business Plans within the finance team, in coordination with all divisions in DSK Bank and its subsidiaries.

Experience in financial insights and transparency, aiming to enhance reporting, profitability, forecasting and budgeting
Proficiency in Excel and English (both written and oral).
A university degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or another related field.
Solid analytical skills and structured thinking.
Challenger mindset and drive for improvements.
Adaptive to fast-paced changes.
Proactivity, curiosity, flexibility, open minded
Excellent communication skills – comfortable working with both business and broad network of professionals.

Nice to Have
Experience in the areas of Controlling, Auditing, Accounting, Banking or another relevant field.
Understanding of finance and accounting principles.
Passion for deep-diving and detailed analysis.
Interest in PowerBI and/or SQL.
