Digital Experience & Self-Service Expert
Head Office Sofia - Contact Center Development and Analysis/CC Applications enhancement team
General duties:
- Optimize customer journeys across web, mobile, and chatbot platforms
- Keep content fresh, relevant, and easy to navigate
- Analyze user behavior and feedback to continuously improve the experience
- Collaborate with UX, IT, and business teams to launch new features
Requirements:
- Passion for digital customer experience
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
- Experience with CMS, UX tools, and digital platforms
- Proactive attitude and a drive to make things better every day
