Portfolio Analytics & Monitoring
Analyze credit portfolio performance, vintage and cohort trends, stage migration (IFRS 9), and early warning indicators.
Identify emerging risk concentrations (sector, geography, product) and recommend mitigating actions.
Support the risk appetite framework of the Bank and the |Group by monitoring key metrics and limits.
Decision & Policy Support
Develop analytical inputs for credit strategy reviews, policy adjustments, and pricing optimization.
Translate model outputs (PD/LGD, behavioral scores, decision rules) into interpretable portfolio insights.
Collaborate with the other Retail Credit Risk teams to assess strategy effectiveness.
IFRS 9 & Stress Testing Support
Support IFRS 9 impairment analysis (Stage movements, overlay assessments).
Contribute to stress testing scenarios, translating macroeconomic assumptions into portfolio impact.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with Risk Management and Finance divisions, and Business Lines to interpret results and align risk themes.
Provide analytical input to product development, limit setting, and early warning frameworks.

Strong quantitative and analytical skills with solid understanding of retail credit portfolios.
Hands-on experience with data analytics tools preferred (SQL and Power BI).
Ability to translate complex analytics into clear, actionable business narratives.
Good knowledge of IFRS 9 concepts, expected loss drivers, and risk appetite frameworks.
Understanding of BCBS 239 and data lineage expectations is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills; able to prepare senior-level presentations and risk commentaries.
University degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
3–6 years of experience in credit risk analytics, reporting or portfolio management.
Experience in banking risk functions or consulting (risk advisory) preferred.
