Provides expert assistance to clients regarding the application of withholding tax reliefs and tax refunds.
Performs necessary administrative and technical actions in custodian institutions and tax online portals/platforms related to the processes of applying tax reliefs and tax refunds.
Develops and updates internal rules, procedures, client contracts, and other necessary documents related to the bank’s activities as an investment intermediary, carried out by the Global Markets Department.
Participates in the development and implementation of new products and the improvement of existing ones.
Collaborates on IT projects and initiatives related to automation and digitization within the department.

Higher education in Law, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years professional experience in applying tax reliefs, tax refund processes, or tax consulting.
Excellent knowledge of tax legislation, especially regarding withholding tax reliefs and tax refunds.
Experience working with tax portals and institutional communication systems will be considered an advantage.
Skills in developing and implementing internal procedures and contracts.
Analytical thinking and precision in handling documentation.
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
Proficient English language skills at a working level.
