ATM Network Monitoring and Support Manager, Sofia

Head Office

General duties:

Technical and process development, including preparation of upgrade assignments & operation of software platforms for :

  • Remote technical monitoring of ATMs;
  • Dedicated ATM device registry ;
  • Predictive technical support module.
  • Operational management of DSK Bank's suppliers' activities related to technical support of ATMs, including automation of SLA execution;
  • Preparation of reports on activities performed, including automation of reporting ;
  • Analysis and forecasting of pre-repair activities for ATMs;
  • Preparation of maintenance and preventive maintenance plans for ATMs;
  • Participation in the preparation and proposal of changes to internal rules related to the activities of supply, installation and maintenance of ATMs.

Requirements:

  • Gained on-the-job experience related to remote monitoring of technical equipment – building management systems, security alarm and video surveillance systems, computer and communication hardware monitoring systems;
  • Personal responsibility for the obligations undertaken;
  • Initiative;
  • Loyalty to the employer and colleagues;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Skills to manage a small team of experts;
  • Ability to adapt to a new work environment;
  • Desire to implement innovative ideas in order to automate and optimize the work process;
  • English with a level - using technical documentation.
