Now we are looking for a new team member for the position of Governance and Sales Support Expert – Cash Loan Market.

 Your work will include:

• Active communication with the branch network & call center sales channels – conducting training, clarifying proper usage and building knowledge related to the consumer loans lending systems, journeys and procedures.
  

• Preparing training programs and materials concerning consumer loan products and processes, tailored to the sales responsibilities of the channel being trained
  

• Regular communication with regional coordinators and area managers to identify training needs early and provide methodological guidance to support the sales process for consumer loans.

  
  

• Demonstrating strong teamwork and collaboration skills with market peers, sales channels and other stakeholders.

   

• Interpreting patterns and trends to deliver actionable insights that guide sales channel training strategies, helping meet business targets of the consumer loans market and drive customer demand and satisfaction.
  

• Apply excellent communication skills to support and justify insights, turning them into actionable business solutions and guiding the sales channels towards strategic directions and changes.
  

• Previous experience in sales within banking or non-banking financial companies, telecom industry or training and development (with a strong focus on sales teams knowledge building about product and processes) are a plus.
• Good literacy and ability to quickly learn internal regulations and good understanding on lending journeys to prepare and conduct webinars and training sessions effectively.
• Result-oriented mindset with the ability to set clear plans and deadlines to achieve goals.
• Strong skills in preparing clear and effective training materials.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Problem-solving attitude with creative, out-of-the-box thinking.
• Good command of the English language is a plus.
• Team player able to thrive in a dynamic environment, handling both ad-hoc and repetitive tasks efficiently.
