Process & Document Management Expert
Head office - Transformation and Change Management
General duties:
Process & Document Governance
- Maintain and enhance the bank’s process catalogue, ensuring consistency, completeness, and proper ownership.
- Ensure alignment between process maps, procedures, and internal acts (policies, instructions, manuals, etc.).
- Collaborate with process owners and document custodians across divisions to establish and maintain clear governance standards.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of process-related documents, from creation and review to approval and publication.
- Support the governance of process repositories, ensuring accessibility, version control, and compliance with internal frameworks.
Framework Alignment & Quality Assurance
- Ensure that the process framework is coherent, up-to-date, and fully aligned across all repositories.
- Ensure the documents are complaint with the Bank standards with respect to format and type of content.
- Validate that documents accurately reflect the latest approved process designs and organizational changes.
- Conduct periodic reviews and audits to ensure adherence to process documentation standards.
- Support the transformation program by ensuring process and document structures remain synchronized and traceable.
Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with process owners, risk managers, compliance experts, and internal control teams to ensure proper documentation and traceability.
- Provide guidance and training on process and document management standards.
- Support continuous improvement of documentation practices and governance tools.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Experience in process governance, document management, or process architecture roles.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex documentation structures.
- Knowledge of process modeling tools (e.g., ARIS) is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience with process frameworks and governance models will be considered a plus.
