Manage, organize and coordinate the processes for validation of collateral valuation of different assets – real estate properties and machinery and equipment
Manage and organize internal process for monitoring of the quality of appraisal reports presented in the bank for different assets accepted as a collaterals
Participate in projects related to improvements of the internal process related with valuation, acceptance and validation of valuations
Coordinate communication with other business unites in the bank
Coach, organize and support team in all operational activities, manage the teams’ performance, keeping KPIs and SLA
Build on professional competence by keeping up to date on trends, legislative changes, regulatory requirements and apply them in valuation and validation of valuation processes

Master’s/Bachelor degree in Engineering, Finance, Business or a related field
Certificate for valuation of Reals Estate Properties issued by CIAB as a minimum (other Certificates issued by CIAB will be treated as an advantage)
At least 5 years’ experience in relevant to the position sphere
Strong previous experience on a Leadership role
Project management and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills and relationship management capabilities
Fluent English
