• Responsible for building and developing high-performing self-organized teams that enable organizational effectiveness.
• Guiding and coaching up to 3 Agile teams on how to adopt and use Agile and Scrum values and principles and to incorporate them into optimal Ways of working and practices
• Protect the Agile teams from outside influences and support removal of impediments with respect to achieving the goals and outcomes set
• Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on empathy and problem solving
• Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information across the organization
• Supporting and coaching the Product Owners, especially with respect to effective Product Backlog management, goals definition and maximizing value delivery
• Facilitating Scrum ceremonies (Daily Scrum, Refinement, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives)
• Support the preparation, organization and facilitation of Scaled Agile events (PI Plannings, Super Demo and other Quarterly bank-wide events)
• Actively contributes to the Agile Transformation in the Bank by elaborating processes, Ways of working (incl. Agile at scale), common practices, playbooks, templates etc.
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Conform with all company policies and procedures

Knowledge

• Should exhibit strong knowledge and experience of Agile frameworks (especially Scrum and Kanban)
• Advanced knowledge and practical experience with any Scaled Agile frameworks (e.g. SAFe®, LeSS...) will be considered as a strong advantage
• Demonstrated evidence of a servant leadership and continuous learning mindset
• Proficient in the use of Agile delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence. Azure DevOps, Miro, Mural etc.

• Good understanding of product and sprint backlog management
• Experienced in introducing and tracking Agile and DevOps metrics (e.g. Flow metrics, DORA and SPACE metrics..)

• Excellent people skills, with an ability to understand and diverse viewpoints

  Experience

• Minimum 2+ years working as a Scrum Master or in a similar role
• Scrum Master Certification (CSM or PSM I, or PMI-ACP, or SAFe® Scrum Master ) or any Agile Coaching certification will be considered as a strong advantage
