• Work closely with Risk, Finance, IT Data Teams, and business owners.
• Translate business needs into data requirements — and ensure implementation happens smoothly.
• Communicate changes clearly and make sure everyone stays aligned.

• Spot data gaps and inefficiencies — and propose clever solutions.
• Contribute to data modernization projects, new tools, and automation efforts.
• Bring fresh ideas and challenge the status quo.

• A degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, IT, Mathematics, or another related field
• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Reporting Analyst, BI Analyst (preferably in financial services or banking).
• Strong SQL skills – ability to write efficient, complex queries across large datasets.
• Hands-on Power BI experience – building dashboards, ensuring data quality and user-friendly visuals.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
• Willingness to work in team – comfortable working with both business and technical teams.
