Digital channels expert
Head Office
General duties:
- Prepare and maintain digital channels related documentation – internal documents, user guides and reports.
- Prepare materials, coordinate organization of and participates in trainings of branch network and other bank units regarding digital channels functionalities.
- Communicate with other bank units, branch network and clients – consult about digital channels functionalities, prepare relevant materials, coordinate marketing and PR messages/campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of the digital channels for business clients – features usage and impact, propose improvements and track issues issues resolution.
- Market and clients’ researches - extract insights about new ideas, requirements and improvement proposals from internal/external clients, analyze market best practices and competitors offerings
- Participate in local and group projects connected to/with impact on digital channels for business clients.
Requirements:
- Excellent command of MS Office tools;
- Good command of English;
- Strong presentation, analytical and communication skills;
- Team player with proactivity, curiosity and structured thinking;
- Relevant University degree in Finance, Economics or Information Technologies;
- Cares for customers, has a good business sense and basic technical foundations
- Experience with Jira is a plus
