Head of Customer Data Quality, Sofia
Head office
General duties:
- Manage, organize and coordinate the processes for centralized updating of customer data for individuals and legal entities
- Manage and organize the processes of provision of correct information for customers of DSK Bank to third parties
- Participate in projects related to actualization of the customer data
- Organizes and manages the process of preparing bank certificates and references for individuals
- Coach, organize and support team in all operational activities, manage the teams’ performance, keeping KPIs and SLA
- Build on professional competence by keeping up to date on trends, legislative changes, regulatory requirements and apply them in operational procedures
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Finance, Business or a related field
- At least 5 years’ experience in relevant to the position sphere
- Strong previous experience on a Leadership role
- Project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills and relationship management capabilities
- Fluent English
