ICT (Information and Communication Technology) Risk Manager, Sofia

Head office

General duties:

  • Participate in the development and implementation of the ICT risk management Framework and Policies. Actively collaborate on the alignment to DORA (Digital operational resilience Act) requirements and execute control over the compliance with the regulation.
  • Develop and improve the business continuity planning at DSK Bank and its subsidiaries. Conduct Business impact analysis. Develop Business continuity testing plan, organizes the tests, reports the results and follows-up the implementation of remediation actions.
  • Support the collection and update of the information that is required to ensure operational continuity of DSK Bank in case of resolution.
  • Develop and improve the Third-party risk management framework. Control the execution of the risk management activities.
  • Assist in the preparation of risk and control self-assessments, scenario analyses, internal capital adequacy assessment, in the development and calculation of risk indicators.
  • Engage in activities related to accurately measuring ICT risk levels.
  • Participate in the preparation of regular and ad-hoc managerial and regulatory reports and other documentation related to functional duties. Actively communicate with the supervisory authorities in relation to the function.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor, requiring the necessary knowledge and qualifications. Participate in cross-functional working groups and committees.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in risk management, information security, or a related area.
  • Strong understanding of ICT systems, architecture, processes, and security measures.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CBCI, CBCP or similar are highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in English.
