What you will do in short:

• Coordinate trade marketing activities between the different units responsible for Marketing, Maintenance and Branch network management;
• Generate ideas and vision who to develop the brand using trade marketing instruments;
• Be the lead for all kinds or merchandize;
• Coordinate campaign activities for various product lines supporting the Daily banking and Branch network management;
• Execute the needed production activities in the department;
• Do some administrative stuff related to the above;

What you will do in details

• Provide standard branding on office level – ideas and realization for brand office interior and exterior for marketing purposes;
• Prepare specific brandings on local level – ad hoc branding or such outside the standard guidelines usually aplied. For example, for pilot projects, tests concepts, local specific communications, specific merchandizing items on local level depending on office specifics. etc.;
• Conduct out of office communication – stickers for ATMs, POS terminals, merchants
• Prepare basic print materials (leaflets, posters, sales support materials, etc.) used in offices or client premises for client or support communication and facilitate the sales process;
• Coordinate and execute local activities – proposals that come from the regions to support local initiatives, universities, or other business units in order to better position the bank on local level – organize sponsorships and other formats of partnership;
• Coordinate activities for different campaigns – digital or direct marketing supporting the Daily banking and Branch network management;
• Provide small items for internal and/or external usage – notebooks, souvenirs, gifts, etc.;
• Partner with all related departments and subsidiaries to commercialize new products and execute key marketing initiatives;  
• Benchmarking market trends, communication environment and competitors’ activities
• Participating in the preparation and the follow up of the annual marketing plan and budget;
  

What we require from you:

•  Experience in the trade marketing or any marketing field related to campaign management (preferable in a financial institution, telecom or FMCG industry) would be considered an advantage;
• Experience in managing relationships with creative agencies, production and printing houses;
• Excellent command of English;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
