Participate in business development projects related to implementation of new debit card products and services;
Analyse business results and generate ideas with a focus on improving debit card products and services;
Define new card related processes in coordination with other departments and stakeholders;
Collaborate with Visa/Mastercard for activities including card product development and promotional campaigns;
Prepare and coordinate internal regulations and procedures related to debit cards and card services;
Participate in the preparation of marketing and sales materials related to debit cards and card services in coordination with other departments;

Solid analytical skills and innovative thinking;
Strong presentation and communication skills;
Pro-active, result oriented, team-player, able to work in a dynamic environment;
Ability to effectively organize the work process and meet deadlines;
Relevant University degree in Business/ Finance or other related field;
Professional business English knowledge;
Sound knowledge of MS office tools (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint);
