Responsible for bancassurance product development cycle from conceptualization to development to go-to market
Manage the bancassurance product range for the various consumer segments with a focus on high net worth segment through ongoing business review and product intelligence
Responsible for end-to-end product launch activities to ensure timely and successful rollout
Manage both internal and external stakeholders to ensure technology infrastructure and operational processes are able to support a continuously growing bancassurance business
Participation in the development of new digital products and processes
Determining customer needs through market development analysis
Tracks for the innovations and the most best- current practices in the field of bancassurance

A detail-oriented and organised, critical thinker, who is able to work independently
Related working experience in bancassurance/life insurance and product management experience preferred
A team motivator and active listener
Solid communication skills with comfort in speaking with senior leaders
Clear demonstration of the ability to think strategically
Passion for innovation and “can do” attitude
Previous experience as a Product Owner or Product/Business role in finance is a plus
