Project Manager - Varna/Sofia
Head Office
General duties:
- Manage approved and assigned projects following the Bank internal rules for project management.
- Prepares project plans for the assigned projects considering the set project time frame, scope, and budget.
- Plan, request and manage internal and external resources within the project. Coordinate and control task execution following the project plan.
- Prepares and provides regular project status reports to management and all stakeholders.
- Manage and escalate project conflicts and Risks and propose mitigation plans together with the project team.
- Communicates actively with project team members at any bank structure by presenting information for project status, tasks and resources, risks and issues, sharing knowledge.
- Ensures smooth transfer of the developments in production systems, along with changes and updates of the documentation for the processes to comply with them.
- Provides methodological support to project teams, at any phase of project life and to any project member.
Requirements:
- +2 professional experience in project management.
- Relevant University degree – technical/business/finance or another related field.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills and innovative thinking.
- Ability to effectively organize the work process and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bulgarian.
- Knowledge in IT and Banking will be considered as advantage .
