Performs financial and non-financial files exchange between the international card schemes, the local card processing operator and the Bank’s core system;
Performs data exchange between the Bank’s core, card management and authorization systems;
Communicates internally with other departments with regards to day-to-day operational tasks. Assists in resolving card processing and card usage issues;
Participates in the development and maintenance of internal rules and procedures. Contributes to the continuous improvement of the internal processes;
Prepares regular and ad-hoc card operations related reports.

Bachelor’s degree in Economics or other related field;
Good command in English;
Excellent computer literacy;
Good Excel skills will be considered as an advantage;
Experience in the field of online payments will be considered as an advantage;
Experience in the field of card operations, clearing and settlement of card transactions, as well as knowledge in the field of files exchange with the international card schemes and the local card processing operator, will be considered as strong advantage;
Ability to work with deadlines, large sets of data, systems and apps for data processing, tech savvy – this will help you to be successful in the role;
