Head of Talent Development
Head Office Sofia
General duties:
- Lead and execute the talent development strategy aligned with the Bank’s priorities and focus.
- Design and oversee learning programs including but not limited to leadership development and employee career pathways.
- Developing effective strategies for identifying skills gaps within the workforce
- Organizing and overseeing individual and team training programs
- Create targeted development initiatives to address skill deficiencies and promote career progression.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess training needs, deliver tailored learning experience and recommend future training programs.
- Lead a team of learning professional and subject matter experts, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to drive continuous improvement.
- Cultivating a culture of self-learning and development, acting as a coach
- Identifying an organization’s needs and working to create and implement an efficient talent acquisition strategy to improve recruitment and business performance
- Developing and implementing employee onboarding and retention programs or strategies
- Understanding workforce planning and resource forecasting, including succession planning
- Managing the learning and development budget, ensuring effective use of resources.
- Tracking training metrics and analyzing data to evaluate the effectiveness of development programs.
- Collaborating with external vendors and trainers to establish relationships that benefit the organization.
Requirements:
- Experience in managing a team with a strong understanding of talent acquisition, management and development
- Ability to be strategic and tactical when making decisions
- Great interpersonal and motivational skills
- Analytical and able to interpret data
- Brilliant at influencing employees at all levels to support your strategies
- Familiar with performance management and relevant software
- Experience delivering employee training programs
- Understanding of labor legislation
- Ability to use the relevant Human Resources tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
