Structuring of large scale corporate transactions through syndication, or standalone vanilla project financing.
Liaise and work with local and cross-border stakeholders, coordinating their involvement in the project/syndicate transaction;
Identify new business opportunities, participate in negotiations with corporate clients and generate credit deals related to energy/structured finance, acquisitions and specialized lending.
Evaluate the economic, financial, legal implications and the potential risks of projects in the pipeline, develop and analyse financial models.
Prepare indicative terms and conditions for financing of projects in line with the Bank’s credit policy.
Perform loan administration and ongoing monitoring of the financed projects in the individual loan portfolio.
Prepare relevant reports, analyses and proposals related to financed and potential projects, as well as the energy sector in general.
Look for ways to constantly improve processes.

Degree (ongoing is also an option) in finance, business administration or economics.
Preference for relevant professional experience in financial services industries of at least 2 (two) years.
Proficiency in English is a must (both written and spoken).
Preference for knowledge related to the energy sector and/or credit and financial analysis of corporate clients.
Good command of MS Office.
Ability to communicate clearly.
Willingness to work in an international environment.
Readiness to take responsibilities, ability to meet deadlines.
