Trainer in Contact Center

General duties:
- Responsible for employee onboarding, skill development, job satisfaction, and overall organizational growth.
- Training program design – Onboarding and Upskill
- Content creation – E-learnings, Presentations, tests, learning materials and KB content.
- Training delivery – clear delivery in various formats
- Facilitation and interaction – encourage questions, have group discussion and activities.
- Lead hands-on exercises – activities, simulations, and practical exercises
- Feedback and Assessment – constructive feedback to participants on their performance during training activities
- Mentorship and Engagement initiatives facilitation
- Lead Onboarding trainings to Newly hired consultants in the Contact Center of DSK Bank.
- Lead Upskill trainings to the existing employees in the Contact Center of DSK bank.
- Increase the Training efficiency by applying necessary changes.
- Partner with key stakeholders encouraging best possible cross-functional working relationships to enhance total customer experience.
- Help with identifying training needs, create new training plans with materials and lead the training sessions.
Requirements:
- Over 2 years as a Trainer;
- Experience working in a contact center environment;
- Demonstrated understanding of contact center processes and procedures;
- Proactive attitude, self-driven and results oriented;
- Ability to conduct consistent training sessions and present them in a clear and comprehensible way;
- Comfort in different tools usage (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Cisco, etc);
- Great communication skills;
- Training material creation skills;
- Knowledge Base material creation skills;
- Recognizing talent;
- Fluency in English is preferred;
- Critical thinking with the ability to contribute to challenging assignments in a business-critical environment;
