Trainer in Contact Center

Vratsa

General duties:

  • Responsible for employee onboarding, skill development, job satisfaction, and overall organizational growth.
  • Training program design – Onboarding and Upskill
  • Content creation – E-learnings, Presentations, tests, learning materials and KB content.
  • Training delivery – clear delivery in various formats
  • Facilitation and interaction – encourage questions, have group discussion and activities.
  • Lead hands-on exercises – activities, simulations, and practical exercises
  • Feedback and Assessment – constructive feedback to participants on their performance during training activities
  • Mentorship and Engagement initiatives facilitation
  • Lead Onboarding trainings to Newly hired consultants in the Contact Center of DSK Bank.
  • Lead Upskill trainings to the existing employees in the Contact Center of DSK bank.
  • Increase the Training efficiency by applying necessary changes.
  • Partner with key stakeholders encouraging best possible cross-functional working relationships to enhance total customer experience.
  • Help with identifying training needs, create new training plans with materials and lead the training sessions.

Requirements:

  • Over 2 years as a Trainer;
  • Experience working in a contact center environment;
  • Demonstrated understanding of contact center processes and procedures;
  • Proactive attitude, self-driven and results oriented;
  • Ability to conduct consistent training sessions and present them in a clear and comprehensible way;
  • Comfort in different tools usage (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Cisco, etc);
  • Great communication skills;
  • Training material creation skills;
  • Knowledge Base material creation skills;
  • Recognizing talent;
  • Fluency in English is preferred;
  • Critical thinking with the ability to contribute to challenging assignments in a business-critical environment;
