Change Management Consultant, Coach / Internal psychologist - Junior role, Sofia
Head office
General duties:
- Own the bank level change management plan and apply various tools such as communication plans, change story and others to ensure it reaches the level of reinforcement under the ADKAR model;
- Support theme- based changes such as team transformations or new policies to ensure their success from people’s perspective as a dedicated change manager using various tools including coaching;
- Support, guide and coach leadership in the change-related challenges;
- Proactively identify barriers and challenges and propose working solutions to reach the desired transformation outcome based on organizational psychology;
- Organize regular change leadership trainings to advance soft skills related to culture and change
- Run and reinforce the internal ambassadors' community to ensure the right communication flow and grow change ambassadors into a point of reference for any news and change
Requirements:
- have 1-2 years of relevant experience in change management, leadership development, organizational psychology,
- ideally have also some coaching expertise
- understand the way of functioning of large organizations;
- Have passion of what you are doing – make the goals of culture change your own goals, don’t be afraid to innovate;
- Keep the people needs in the center of your strategy
