Develop Data solutions for continuous improvement and automation of Direct Marketing processes for campaigning and channel distribution;
Create and maintain data storage and transformation models for data lakes and data marts ensuring security, sustainability and scalability;
Perform data aggregations across multiple data warehousing models (e.g. vaults, star schema) and ensure effective Campaign reporting;
Work with Campaign Managers to translate business requirements into technical implementation;

University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or relevant discipline is required;
Proven experience in a Data Integration role using SQL and ETL tools;
Analytical abilities to query/ gather, segment, analyze, leverage database information using SQL;
Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to details;
Strong organizational and time management skills;
Efficient and flexible under tight deadlines in a dynamic and Agile environment;
Fluent English both written and verbal;
Experience in working in Cloud environment with structured and unstructured data sets;
Experience with Databricks and/or Apache Spark;
Python, Airflow, and dbt skills;
