Lead the first line of defense for risk management and internal control.
Manage, guide, and develop a team of IT monitoring specialists.
Set goals, define priorities, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
Promote knowledge sharing, collaboration, mentoring, and a positive work environment.
Develop and implement proactive monitoring strategies and automated alerting.
Select, configure, and manage monitoring tools.
Ensure alignment of monitoring activities with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Capacity, Availability).
Collaborate with process owners to integrate monitoring systems with ITIL tools and workflows.
Support root cause analysis and capacity planning with monitoring data.
Analyze monitoring data and provide optimization recommendations.
Define and track KPI metrics for monitoring effectiveness and team performance.
Create documentation and provide regular performance reports to management

Higher education in Information Technology, Computer Systems, Telecommunications, or a related technical field.
In-depth knowledge of monitoring systems (Zabbix, Grafana, Dynatrace, Instana, etc.).
Experience with scripting and automation (Python, Bash, PowerShell, Ansible, etc.).
Experience integrating monitoring with log management, alerting systems, and ticketing platforms (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
Excellent team management, project management, and communication skills.
Good working level of English.
Strong leadership skills and ability to build and develop a team.
Strategic thinking and results-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
High responsibility, initiative, and analytical thinking.
Ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
