Process Governance & Improvement Expert, Sofia

General duties:

Process Governance:

  • Develop and implement process governance frameworks to ensure compliance, transparency, and accountability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and document standardized processes and procedures.
  • Support all divisions of the bank in creating and maintaining their process related documentation.
  • Maintain the process catalogue of the bank.
  • Conduct regular reviews to monitor adherence to established processes and identify opportunities for refinement.

 

Process Improvement:

  • Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives, utilizing methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean, to optimize workflows and enhance overall performance.
  • Collaborate with teams to gather input, feedback, and insights to drive continuous improvement efforts.
  • Facilitate communication between departments to ensure a cohesive approach to process governance and improvement.

 

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Define process metrics and KPIs for the processes in the bank.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to gather and analyze performance metrics.
  • Generate regular reports on process performance, highlighting key areas for improvement and success stories.
  • Define utilization models based on process catalogue and regularly report the performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience in process improvement and governance roles
  • Certification with process optimization methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
