• Monitoring development of real-time alerts for availability, performance and capacity of the Bank service`s.
• Proactive monitoring to prevent problems before clients see them.
• Prepare analysis of systems and actively communicate with 2, 3rd level support / vendors for monitoring improvement.
• Work in close collaboration with Technical Platform teams and Business teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant
• 1+ years of experience as a System Administrator, Application support, Dev Ops engineer or similar role
• Good knowledge of Windows or Unix/Linux servers/environments
• Experience with Windows or Unix/Linux applications
• Good understanding of hardware and software
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Analytical skills and strong attention to detail
• "Can do" - service-oriented attitude
• Team player with a positive attitudeGood level of English
