Windows and M365 Administrator, Sofia

Head office

General duties:

  • Provide complete administration of the Microsoft 365 environment and its capabilities;
  • Monitor and manage new releases and feature changes;
  • Ensure user access and permissions align with organizational policies;
  • Evaluating, planning, migrating, deploying, and managing Microsoft 365 services;
  • Administer and maintain Windows Server environments;
  • Configure and manage server roles and features;
  • Monitor and optimize server performance;
  • Implement and manage security measures for Windows servers;
  • Troubleshooting technical issues such as email delivery failures or authentication problems;
  • Maintaining security by monitoring the system for potential vulnerabilities, identifying risks, and taking action to mitigate them;
  • Identify, research, recommend and implement M365 solutions and applications;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of configurations, procedures, and policies for both Windows and Microsoft 365 environments;
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues for both Windows and Microsoft 365 services;
  • Providing support for mobile devices that use Office 365, including Android phones and iPhones.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant technical certifications may be accepted in lieu of a degree;
  • 2+ years of experience in Windows Server administration and Microsoft 365, designing, planning, and deploying workloads;
  • Proficiency in Windows Server administration and troubleshooting;
  • Knowledge of security best practices for both Windows and Microsoft 365 environments;
  • System implementation and configuration experience;
  • Strong problem-solving skills;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Strong command of the English language;
  • Outstanding communication skills.
