General duties:
- Redefining the Employee Journey
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive employee journey framework, mapping the full lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
- Identify key moments that matter and address friction points across critical touchpoints (e.g., hiring, performance reviews, career progression).
- Evolving Our Employee Value Proposition (EVP)
- Lead the visualization, communication, and periodic refresh of our Employee Value Proposition to reflect our culture and strategic direction.
- Integrate feedback from employees and market intelligence to continuously refine the EVP, ensuring alignment with business and talent priorities.
- Enhancing Employee Feedback Mechanisms
- Oversee the end-to-end management of our annual Engagement Survey, from launch to reporting and follow-up planning.
- Collaborate with leaders to drive ownership and implementation of improvement actions.
- Design and maintain informal feedback loops (e.g., pulse checks, event-based surveys, community insights) to inform people strategies.
- Fostering Connection and Belonging
- Manage and administer employee benefits programs such as MultiSport/CoolFit cards.
- Design and coordinate community-building initiatives, including cultural events, networking sessions, and team-building activities.
- Oversee the team-building budget to ensure meaningful, inclusive, and impactful employee experiences.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in employee experience design, journey mapping, or EVP development.
- Strong skills in data visualization and communication.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Demonstrated empathy, listening skills, and people-centric mindset.
- Confidence in facilitating interviews, focus groups, or workshops with diverse teams.
