Head of the Collection Methodology Department within the Retail Collection Directorate, Sofia

Head office, Sofia

Основни задължения:

  • Taking a methodological approach when defining processes, creating rules and procedures related to the retail debt collection process.
  • Optimizing processes to achieve effective collection of overdue retail problem loans, incl. the preparation of business assignments for updates in internal software systems related to the collection activities.
  • Conducting portfolio segmentation of problem retail exposures for the purposes of different collection activities - assignment of receivables, discount campaigns, etc.
  • Preparation and coordination of proposals for the creation or amendment of the motivation scheme for employees in the Directorate.
  • Planning, controlling and conducting trainings for employees involved in the retail collection activities.

Изисквания за заемане на длъжността:

  • A University Degree.
  • Professional experience (minimum 4 years) in the field of debt collection in a banking or financial institution.
  • Computer literacy - MS Office.
  • Excellent command in English.
  • Desire and motivation to achieve results.
