Intern in Back Office Department

Collection Division, Retail Collection Directorate

General duties:

  • Review the necessary documents to initiate legal action in the electronic case files and place an event in the program;
  • Compiling documents for courier delivery and uploading the returned return receipts (result: "Delivered") into the electronic file;
  • Preparation of a list of documents for legal actions and uploading it as a PDF in the electronic file;
  • Sending documents by email to a bailiff;
  • Requesting fees for payment;
  • Providing information about current debt by email to the legal advisors;
  • Review of accounts in the balance for the work of the department employees;
  • Preparation and sending of inspector orders in the program and additional tasks assigned by the department head.

Requirements:

  • Have English skills at working level;
  • 4th year of a bachelor's degree; Master's degree;
  • Are disciplined, committed to the end result, deadline and team.
