Understand and Translate Business Needs: Gather and analyze requirements; translate them into clear specifications and acceptance criteria.
Work with SQL Databases: Use advanced SQL to explore, extract, and validate the data needed to support reporting needs. Your SQL analysis will form the foundation of Power BI dashboards and insights.
Design and Build Power BI Reports: Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports. Write DAX measures and queries to support reporting needs, ensuring clarity and accuracy for business stakeholders.
Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with business and technical teams to deliver data solutions that provide real business value.
Identify Opportunities for Improvement: Analyze business processes, identify gaps or inefficiencies, and propose data-driven solutions.
Document Your Work: Create thorough and structured documentation covering requirements, definitions, logic, and methodologies.

3+ years of experience as a BI Analyst, BI Developer, Data Analyst or Reporting Analyst (preferably in financial services or banking).
Strong SQL skills – ability to write efficient, complex queries across large datasets.
Hands-on Power BI experience – building dashboards, using DAX, ensuring data quality and user-friendly visuals.
Proficiency in Excel.
A university degree in Economics, Mathematics, Informatics, or a related discipline.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
Excellent communication skills – comfortable working with both business and technical teams.
Experience in requirements gathering and process documentation.
Understanding of finance and accounting principles.
Familiarity with data governance and data quality practices.
Passion for BI, data storytelling, and business insights.
Strong interest in AI, Machine Learning (MLP), and data science innovations.
