Основни задължения:
- Responsible for the process of preparation and management of the IT budget as well as for its reporting and analysis – covering all investments (CAPEX) and maintenance/support expenditures (OPEX).
- Responsible for identification of savings opportunities.
- Manages the payment of all invoices coming from the telecommunication vendors – responsible for their automation and decrease of the associated with this process administrative efforts.
- Responsible for the inventory and recognition of all IT assets.
- Manages the SIM cards related to voice and data. Responsible for analysis and optimization of their usage.
- Keeps the relationship with Controlling and Accounting, responsible for improvement, simplification and automation of the underlying processes
Изисквания за заемане на длъжността:
- Degree in engineering, computer science, finance or equivalent
- Expert knowledge as regards budgeting and accounting
- General IT knowledge is a must
- Proficiency in using office applications, especially Microsoft Excel
- English language knowledge is a must
- Good skills in reporting and follow-up
- Good team player
- Goal oriented, self-motivated, and committed personality
